How do I send a guest a custom price?

Use New booking on the Bookings page and create an offer rather than an ordinary booking. You set the dates and the price, and the guest gets a link that takes them straight to a checkout for exactly that.

This is the tool for every conversation that starts with "would you do a better rate for three weeks". Instead of discounting your public price for everyone, you quote one guest one number, and it stays between you.

Good uses:

Long stays. A month in low season at a monthly rate is worth far more than four empty weeks, and it should not be visible to everyone booking a weekend.

Groups and repeat guests where you have negotiated something specific.

Rescuing a cancellation. When a booking falls through, someone on your list may take those exact dates at a nudged price.

Two things to get right.

Put an end date on it. An offer that stays live for months is a price you have quietly published, and it holds dates you could sell to someone else.

Quote the total the guest will actually pay. The most common complaint about custom pricing anywhere is a number that grew between the conversation and the checkout. If cleaning or fees apply, say so when you send it.

The offer becomes a normal booking once paid, so it appears in your bookings, closes the dates and counts in your revenue like any other.
