What Stayolo does, and does not, provide

Malecu s.r.o. provides the Stayolo software platform. It is not the owner, landlord, property manager or provider of any accommodation listed on a Stayolo site.

Accommodation is provided by the individual host. The accommodation contract is between the host and the guest. Hosts set their own prices, availability, cancellation terms and refunds, and are responsible for permits, taxes, insurance and compliance for their property.

Who this service is for

Stayolo subscriptions are sold to hosts operating a letting activity in a business capacity. They are not directed at consumers. Where mandatory consumer law nevertheless applies to you, it is not affected by this notice or by our Terms.
