Why can't I publish my property?

Publishing is blocked by exactly four things. The error message names the one that is stopping you, so you never have to guess.

No paid plan. Starter or Direct — a free account can build a site but not put it in front of guests.

No host name. If your page still says "Hosted by Your host", we refuse to publish it. That placeholder is what the import leaves behind when the listing did not expose a name, and it makes a real business look abandoned. Type your name, or your business name, on the property page.

No verified calendar. On the Direct plan you need at least one calendar that has actually synced without an error. Adding the link is not enough; it has to work. If yours shows an error, export the iCal URL from the other platform again and paste the fresh one.

Stripe not connected. Also Direct-plan only. Guests pay you, not us, so without a connected Stripe account there is nowhere for their money to go.

Starter sites publish without a calendar or Stripe, because they are showcase pages rather than checkout pages — guests enquire and you reply.

If you clear all four and it still refuses, the message will have changed. Read the new one; it is a different problem, not the same one twice.
