What does Stayolo charge me?

A flat monthly subscription. That is the whole of what we charge. There is no commission on a booking, no percentage of a stay, and no per-guest fee — ten bookings in a month and a hundred cost you the same.

Two costs are real but are not ours.

Stripe's processing fee comes out of each guest payment, the same as it would on any website that takes cards. Stripe publishes its rates and they vary by country and card type.

Your domain, if you register one, is paid to whoever you buy it from.

The plan you are on decides what your site can do. Starter publishes a property website that takes enquiries. Direct adds the checkout — calendar sync, Stripe payments and guests booking without emailing you first — which is why Direct is the plan that requires a connected calendar and Stripe account before it will publish.

You can change plan whenever you like. Cancelling stops the subscription and takes your site offline; it does not touch money already paid to you by guests, because that money went to your Stripe account and never came near ours.

Invoices for your subscription are issued by Malecu s.r.o., the company that operates Stayolo.
