How do I get a copy of or delete my data?

Both live in Settings.

To download your data, open Settings and use Download your data under "Your data". You get a JSON file containing your account, your properties, bookings, blocked dates, pricing overrides, calendars, promo codes, offers, views and reviews. That is a portable copy in the sense the GDPR means (Art. 20) — structured, machine-readable and yours to take elsewhere.

To delete your account, use the delete option in Settings and confirm with your password. Read the separate article on what deletion actually does before you press it; it is immediate and it is not reversible.

Everything else you are entitled to, we still handle by email at [email protected], within the one month the GDPR allows:

  • Correction (Art. 16) — anything inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Restriction (Art. 18) — pause processing while something is disputed.
  • Objection (Art. 21) — to anything we do on the basis of legitimate interests.

Two things sit outside what the export can reach. Payment records live in your own Stripe account, so Stripe is where to ask for those. And personal data about your guests is data you control rather than data we own — see the article on your own obligations for guest data.

If you are unhappy with how we handle any of this, you can complain to the Slovak data protection authority. Details are on our privacy page, and using them costs you nothing here.
