How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Payments and press Manage subscription. That opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can cancel, switch plan or change the card on file. Stripe handles it directly, so the cancellation is confirmed there rather than by us.
Three things people reasonably worry about:
Your site goes offline. Cancelling ends the subscription that publishes your property website, so guests will no longer be able to reach it or book through it. If you have bookings still to come, keep the subscription running until the last guest has checked out.
Money guests already paid you is untouched. It went to your own Stripe account and never came near ours, so cancelling here has no effect on it whatsoever, and no effect on refunds you still need to make.
Your calendar links stop being read. Other platforms keep their own copies of your availability, but nothing here will be syncing any more. Make sure the other platforms are the ones holding the truth before you go.
If the Manage subscription button is unavailable, refresh the page — it needs a live connection to Stripe to build the portal link. If it still will not open, email [email protected] and we will sort it.
If you are cancelling because something specific was not working, tell us. We would rather fix it than lose you, and if it cannot be fixed we would still rather know why.
Cancelling does not delete your property details, so coming back later is straightforward. If you want them deleted, ask — see the article on getting a copy of or deleting your data.
