Why does my site say "Hosted by Your host"?

"Your host" is a placeholder. The import writes it when the listing page did not expose a host name it could safely use, and it stays there until you replace it.

Fix it on the property page: the host name field sits with your description and photos. Put your first name, your full name or your business name — whichever you would want a guest to read before sending you several hundred euros.

We will not publish a page that still carries the placeholder. That is deliberate. Guests booking direct are already taking a small leap of faith: they are leaving a marketplace they know for a website they have never seen. A page that cannot name the person behind it undoes that trust immediately, and no amount of good photography compensates.

If you have already published and the placeholder appeared afterwards, it means the field was cleared rather than filled. Re-enter it and save.

Adding a short line about yourself alongside the name is worth the two minutes. Guests who know who they are staying with cancel less and ask fewer anxious questions before arrival.
